How's anti-aging exercise different, does it help weight loss? Generally, physical fitness is described as the ability to perform occupational, recreational, and daily activities without fatigue. Any exercise, even walking can help weight loss, however simply exercising your muscles doesn't mean the process of aging isn't taking place just as fast.
