JEVATEE Himalayan Crystal Salt is my ultimate bath salt after a pHx fitness workout. Himalayan crystal bath salts neutralize acidic skin to allow for the natural excretion of toxins. While water can extract moisture, the mineral salt penetrates deeply to renew and soften the skin, so I don't even need a moisturizer. My skin's hydration and appearance is vastly enhanced, because the skin actually holds more moisture after a Himalayan Salt bath. JEVATEE salts can be taken as an ionic tonic in small amounts, and it's a great mouthwash too. |

I discovered Dr. Bronner's more than 35 years ago, and I'm just as impressed with it's gentle cleansing today. Dr. Bronner's soap is made with coconut, olive, hemp & jojoba oils scented with organic essential oils. It contains no petrochemicals or synthetic surfactants like sodium laurel sulfate which carries a warning label regarding its toxicity except when used in personal products... go figure. I also find Dr. Bronner's bar soap is the longest lasting... bonus. |

My skin doesn't like chemicals, even if they're embedded in the fabric of the clothes I wear (nano chemicals are now in things like socks now). Even if you're not chemically sensitive... yet, the effects of synthetics are accumulative and gradually wear down the immune system. While getting More Out of Exercise with Body'Fit pH Fitness helps to detoxify the body, I recommend avoidance. "Dress up, not down" with fabrics from sustainable companies.. Tip: Try sleeping with an organic wool blanket at your feet for overnight healing. I designed a pair of Pajamas from some organically grown Hemp fabric I got at Pickering International in San Francesco years ago... they're my favorites because sweat dries fast at night... hemp is warm, yet cool. |

First I clean my body, then my environment... next to vinegar, the most caring way to do both is with baking soda. It's a very well-kept secret to deep down clean without chemical residue building up on your skin or in your home. I buy no name brand because it's cheaper, and not only that. no name brand's fine powder feels luxurious... like Arm and Hammer used to be. Arm and Hammer recently changed the texture of their baking soda to a coarse grain - OKay for the tub tub, not for a rub down. |

When it comes to oral hygiene, I choose the Jason brand of toothpaste because it contains no sodium laurel sulphate. I don't want sodium laurel sulphate in my body, and even if you don't swallow any toothpaste it still absorbs through the mucus membranes in your mouth. Jason products are pure, natural and organic. |
