There's no magic formula, nothing complicated about pHx™, it's designed for ease, speed and doability. Well there may be a few tricks, and that's what this forum's about but the point is, the moment you feel the impulse, that's the time to go with the flow.
You wouldn't be here now if you didn't feel it; act on it right away, that's one of the tricks. Move with the thought. Procrastination is your own worst enemy, the longer you wait the harder it is to motivate yourself to do it, then you have to start the process all over again.
Start today, start right now, or just do it first thing in the morning when you wake up before you even shower.
