Precision, with relaxation and concentration, is essential to getting the most benefit from this unique 24-exercise sequence, because the pHx™ techniques are designed to be a body fit. What's so interesting about this routine is the more you can relax and enjoy the exercises and let them 'do you', the better pHx works.

If you think about the weight of your body, or try to feel your arm, it feels very light. That's because all of our muscles are holding up the weight. The more you can relax the muscles the heavier our arms and legs, and our whole body, starts to feel. This is what is meant by letting your weight sink into the feet, it means to relax your muscles so the weight of the body can sink into the earth.

You might ask, "But if you let all the muscles relax, what's going to hold your body up?" Good question. The answer lies in ancient practices that focused on releasing the unrestricted flow of ionic energy (traditionally called 'chi' or 'qi') under the skin and along lines that connect the organs. If you think of the shell of a lobster which serves as it's skeleton, the force of this electrical energy has the same immutable strength to protect your body.

Concentration on the Core Point is a technique that allows us to sense our whole body at once, and let go of any muscle tension which prevents the free flow of electrolytes. To improve efficiency and coordination during performance of the pHx routine, circumscribe the most economical line through full Range of Motion from the fulcrum or lever of movement by letting the impetus come from the Core Point.
