Moving rhythmically with the natural flow of the pHx™ routine is perhaps best accomplished if we approach the exercises as a dance. How do we define 'dance'? Movement that is performed in a state of balance anchored securely in the Core Point in the lower belly - with feet firmly planted on the ground, like a cat.

As you discover your natural grace and agility with pHx, always seek the central point within the pendular centrifugal motion of each exercise, and balance your weight along the line of gravity thru the center of your body. You'll find that it's easier to perform pHx as a dance, in fact it's as necessary as doing the sequence in order, some exercises (like the LowRise Spin™) are very difficult to do correctly unless you imagine you are dancing.
