Conscious combination's of certified organic, non-GMO ingredients have Nature's Path cereals number one on my list. Not only mouth watering, but thoughtfully put together to deliver the maximum nutrition impact when performing Body'Fit pH Fitness daily to get More Out of Exercise. I trust the integrity of Nature's Path owners, Arran and Ratana Stephens. I first met Arran and Ratana early in the early 70s when I lived above their grocery store, Lifestream, one of North America's first natural health food stores. |

So Nice is a good-tasting certified organic soy milk that is high in isoflavnoids and protein, plus it's fortified with vitamins like iron and B12. So Nice is the perfect beverage for those with lactose intolerance and dairy sensitivities. Very high in calcium too... sooooo nice. |

ANITA'S ORGANIC MILL grind nothing but certified organic grains, and that's what I like to hear. It tells me they have a Mission. They do..."to provide the highest quality, certified organic, grains and fresh stone-ground flours at fair prices. And they are fair. Their stone-mill utilizes the latest technology but keeps the old-world tradition of fresh, stone ground quality. I love Anita's for the nutrients, texture, and flavour of their organic flour. When they say fresh ground, they mean fresh. |

Best of all, you'll find President's Choice Organic Foods are reasonably priced - you no longer have to pay those health food store prices. In fact, their goal is to price PC Organics products the same as leading national brands that are "conventionally" produced (i.e., non organic foods), or at least as competitively as possible. Bravo Loblaw's and the Presidents Choice brand. |
