I'm running, working out, and doing Yoga, what more do I need?
pH Fitness is a Health Fit Most schools of thought regarding exercise hold to the principle of Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands in gradual increments of difficulty to achieve fitness. However this does not always insure health and regeneration since we can have big muscles and still be aging as fast as someone who isn't exercising enough. Specific Adaptation to imposed demands (S.A.I.D) releases growth hormone (HGH) during the anaerobic phase of your workout when the body runs out of oxygen. As the temperature rises, the increase in heat as deep vessel shut down makes body pH even more acidic. Although circulation throughout the body speeds up due to increased heart rate it puts more pressure on constricting vessels, and the circulation/ exertion ratio drops significantly - except in muscles which pull most of the blood out of the body. You can condition the body to use more the lactic acid as fuel, however usually you can only do so at the expense of a healthy alkaline pH balance (in blood and cellular fluid),, and an imbalance in the neural and endocrine centers. Unless you can fit the body precisely, pH fitness cannot be accomplished with sufficient speed to match the needs of our technological world.
Pilates was adapted from yoga in the early 20th century by a physical therapist, Joseph Pilates, for bed ridden patients. Pilates focused on conditioning the core muscles using bed springs for resistance, which of course doesn't restore body pH, either. It's necessary for adaptation, but tough on immune health and anti aging. If you're motivated to get more out of exercise in less time and with less effort; and if everything else lines up then the Body'Fit pHx™ warm-up cool down workout is for you.
Remember if a warm-up doesn't give a complete dynamic stretch of the body in 7 to 14 minutes, it's not authentic pHx™. An entirely new and different experience, the revolutionary Body'Fit pH Fitness™ exercise routine normalizes body pH very fast, even as metabolism peaks (without hypo-ventilating or hyper-ventilating). Otherwise it usually takes hours or even days for the kidneys to restore acid base equilibrium because there simply isn't sufficient oxygen to convert all the lactic acid into glucose through the respiratory faculty during exercise, usually. In this respect, the 24-exercise Body'Fit pHx sequence is anything but one-faceted... it fans the flame that feed the fire by building deep body oxygen reserves at the outset. It also cleans up the by-products of combustion faster for healthier more sustainable conditioning and recovery. Body'Fit pHx is the warm-up before your warm-up. Warm up body chemistry for your current sports-specific warm-up with the 7-minute version (learn online), and you'll understand how fast BodyFit pH Fitness exercise gets the entire body, including the heart, pumped with oxygen for pH-balanced cardio. Be sure to do it before you step onto the treadmill for your regular cardio warm-up (which otherwise limits heart tissue oxygen to a one-tenth of one percent increase relative to skeletal muscle). And it doesn't take long before you see the difference doing the 14-minute version of pHx as a stand-alone exercise routine on days you can't get to the gym .The 24-exercise Body'Fit pH Fitness routine accommodates contemporary lifestyles exceptionally well. It's highly elastic in terms of time and intensity, as long as the pattern and sequence stays intact, you can adjust the time according to your schedule. "I enjoy sports, yoga, and the gym, and find walking and running the perfect recreation. Warming up and cooling down with pHx gives results noticeably faster with far less effort than you can imagine." says Body'Fit spokesperson, Suzanna, "After four decades of exercise research and testing, believe me, if I found something that gets more out of exercise faster or easier, I'd be doing it. Body'Fit pHx gives unprecedented efficiency to both contemporary and traditional modalities - comparatively it's like a jet." View pH physiology. Body'Fit design fine tunes the amplitude; compression elicits an entirely radical physiological response without stress. Along with compression of lymphatic, cardio vascular, endocrine, and neural mechanisms for peak emotional, physical and mental readiness, as an added bonus Body'Fit pH Fitness exercise takes as little as 7 minutes (with less repetitions) to put all muscle groups into balance. An especially good idea if you haven't had time to balance VO2max in all muscles equally because you were focusing on specific muscle groups during your workout, to stimulate all hormones and each of the neural plexus in the 5 anatomical cavities in the proper sequence, or to balance circulation throughout all tissues in both the vascular and lymphatic systems. Until now, Athletes, personal trainers, sports coaches, to practitioners of yoga, martial arts, and Pilates notice a marked improvement in adaptation, recovery, and performance at all levels for a radical reduction in the time it takes to reach peak condition. And that's cool. |
