Conditioning Difference
The difference in conditioning methods between yoga and endurance training can help explain why Body'Fit pHx works so well as a warm-up cool down, with both. Yoga was originally mean't to be done slowly over long hours thereby building organ health while developing neural connectivity between brain and body. Traditionally taking years to master, the level of anti aging benefits achieved by yoga (albeit without knowledge of contemporary physiology) have been well documented and known since antiquity.
