Regulatory Mechanisms... support the body during exercise by compensating for the stress produced by exercise.
"To get more out of exercise, Body'Fit pH Fitness supports the support. Body'Fit pH Fitness is like the referree that keeps the game (between stress and regulatory mechanisms) fair."
Body'Fit pH Fitness controls the physiological response of the body so the regulatory mechanisms can respond at higher levels of exercise intensity. Usually in severe exercise taken to the point of exhaustion, the physiological compensatory mechanisms begin to fail. Heart rate attains a maximal level of about 180 beats per minute, stroke volume reaches a plateau and often decreases, and a fall in blood pressure is the result. Dehydration occurs. Blood flow to the skin decreases as sympathetic vasoconstrictor activity supersedes the vasodilator influence on cutaneos blood vessels. Constriction of the blood vessels causes body temperature to rise because it prevents heat loss. Body temperature is normally elevated anyway and can lead to very high temperatures with feelings of acute distress. Tissue and blood pH drop as a result of increased lactate and CO2 production, causing muscle pain, feelings of exhaustion and loss of will to continue. Post exercise recovery is required, coupled with resistance vessel dilation due to accumulation of vasodilator metabilites, and a drop in arterial pressure. (This may point to the high incidence of heart attack even among individuals who are highly trained.)
In Body'Fit pH Fitness the regulatory mechanisms are controlled so compensatory capacity is enhanced at all degrees of exercise. Rather than waiting for chemical changes of pH imbalance in the blood stream to trigger huffing and puffing after the fact, Body'Fit patterns of movement and breathing are pre-determined to anticipate the needs of the body in order to sustain alkaline pH balance, stroke volume, cutaneous dilation, heat dissapation, etc. The movements are designed to release adrenaline gradually instead of suddenly as a fight or flight response to exertion stress, and adenosine is triggered in order to change the action of adrenaline from vasoconstriction to vasodilation in all tissues, muscles and organs. Consequently, when consistantly preformed pre and post training, participants observe Body'Fit pH Fitness dramatically speeds exercise recovery.
