Skin... mechanisms responsible for alterations in skin blood flow are primarily activated by changes in ambient and internal body temperatures.
The initial reaction of circulation in the skin during exercise usually is that the resistance vessels dilate in response to the chemical properties of sweat and vasodilator metabolites. This contributes, as does circulation to the muscles, to constriction of vessels in the renal, splanchnic and other areas. However as body temperature continues to rise, vasoconstriction occurs in the cutaneous vesselsas well. When total body O2 consumption nears maximum with increased duration and severity of exercise, the muscles pull blood supply from the skin as well reducing blood flow in the deep tissues.
This is true for most of the skin surface except for the fingertips, palms, toes, soles, ears, nose and lips which respond mainly to sympathetic neural control. These areas respond to epinphrine and norepinphrine, constricting blood flow with the release of adrenaline during exercise. Unless the exercise design transforms the action of adrenaline from vasoconstriction to vasodilation as does Body'Fit pH Fitness™. This would explain the aging lines around the nose and mouth in people who jog regularily. These areas are also governed by the nervous system in response to reflex activation by temperature receptors as well as higher centers of the central nervous system ie they can be influenced consciously or stress.
In order to Get More Out of Exercise™ Body'Fit pH Fitness ensures the extremes in the rise and fall of blood flow to the skin are mitigated by design. Body'Fit pH Fitness is intentionally designed to reduce stress during exercise, and disperse heat evenly through all tissues keeping temperature levels moderate at all levels of performance. Body"Fit pH Fitness design is based on the fact that speed of chemical reactions varies with temperature. Because the enzyme systems of the body have narrow temperature ranges in which their function is optimal, normal body function depends upon a relatively constant body temperature. Skin resistance vessels also respond to increased blood pressure such as produced by the increased cardiac output in Body'Fit pH Fitness, allowing vascular dilation in the cutaneous vessels to stay in balance with the entire body.
