Weight Loss, Increased Energy, Wellness... |
I wish to complement Suzanna on her Body'Fit™ routine for women. Both work and pleasure takes me to all parts of our magnificent world so the Body'Fit pH Fitness™ program serves me well. All I need is a t-shirt and a pair of shorts and I can do the program in the Sultanate of Oman, on the island of Kuaai, here at home, or any of the many temporary stops along the travel route.
Once you get into the program and complete it every day the health fitness results quickly appear in the form of weight loss, increased energy, and most importantly improved wellness. In addition, I have noticed a significant difference in my mood and am able to stay focused for extended periods of time. My work is much more efficient and enjoyable.
Thanks for your efforts and initiative.

All The Exercise I Need |
Body'Fit is the best thing that has ever happened to me! No other exercise program has been this effective for me. I feel great, I get all the exercise I need within 15 minutes, and I feel like I had a workout without being exhausted.
I recommend Body'Fit to anybody! It's the perfect program for my busy lifestyle [running a fast growing business]. It is so easy and pleasant to practice, there is no excuse not to do it everyday!

My Stomach Muscles |
I have been doing the Body'Fit™ routine since October 2000, an average of 5 times a week. I was getting up every morning at 5:00 A.M. before I started the program, and am still getting up at the same time and fitting in the 15-minute session! I find it clears my mind, gives me focus and energy, and helps me get on with my busy day.
I found that the greatest benefit physically that I have received is the new found strength in my stomach muscles. The floor exercises have really helped to tone and strengthen the abdominal area.
I'm glad that I know the Body'Fit routine, and plan to continue to make it a very important part of my life.

Ladies Golf Assoc - "West Surpasses East" |
In 1990 I took golf lessons for a purpose: tournament competition. I'd always played squash. Golf required a different kind of stamina and patience, I immediately enrolled in Yoga. No one was more surprised than I, when I started winning tournaments at my very supportive Ladies Golf Club.
It was a pivotal time. I then discovered a new Fitness training program at Body'Fit that helped me get more out of Yoga. Body'Fit pH Fitness™ gave me the core strength and flexibility I needed for golf, got my heart rate up to aerobic training level without getting tired or out of breath; and most importantly incorporated a breathing pattern that built staying power and focus into my game under pressure.
I also like Body'Fit because it's uncomplicated and complete as a stand-alone routine; I can do it in a few minutes in a hotel room. Besides, I start to gain weight on my thighs right away if I stop. During the national tournament a teenage caddie finally asked incredulously at the 13th hole, "Are you sure you're a senior? My mother is 40, and she looks older than you."
My future hopes and dreams for women's golf include mentoring young golfers, and of course recommending Body'Fit to improve their game and life.

I Feel the Positive Effect of Body'Fit Every Day |
It's more than 6 years since I learned the Body'Fit health fitness routine and feel it's the best investment in health I've made. I have faithfully done the routine every morning since (well, I may have missed a day or two), and now it's an integral part of my lifestyle. I find it so easy and time efficient; In fifteen minutes, I'm a new person!
I feel the positive effects of Body'Fit every day. I am more energetic and alert when I go to work in the morning, and generally feel more limber. In my late 40's, I am an aggressive skier and enthusiastic sail boarder [and] feel that Body'Fit is the secret to working out any stiffness after a vigourous day of sports.
I am very grateful for the benefits I will continue to enjoy, and recommend Body'Fit to anyone looking for improved well being and vitality. Yours truly, Marilyn K.
