Can walking balance muscles and body pH?

It's as impossible to live a fit and healthy life in today's fast-paced world without a consistent way to restore chemical balance to the body... as it is without including significant hours of weight-bearing motion on our feet, walking in the fresh air and sunshine. The less you walk, the less you're able to walk. Preparing the body for long walks and cooling down afterwards is paramount for getting the most out of your time and effort with regards to both. And remember although a greater percentage of musculature may be activated during exercise like walking, just like dancing, swimming, or any sport, all the small and large muscles are still not oxygenated equally.

Muscle balance typically requires a very specific workout tailored to each individual. However even a carefully designed program for balancing V02max in all muscles cannot restore alkaline pH balance to the body however. Only a true body fit can accomplish this in minutes; specialized dynamic stretching of each muscles group designed to balance metabolic pH as heart rate reaches training levels, is necessary. Otherwise C02 increase and overall production of lactic acid from repetitive contraction of the same muscle groups will acidify body pH even though emotional and mental stress levels may not no longer be acidifying our system due to the stress relief resulting from walking.

Although walking acidifies body chemistry to a lesser degree than more strenuous workouts, it's not designed to normalize body pH. Walking like exercise in general, is based on S.A.I.D conditioning (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands). S.A.I.D. doesn't distribute blood flow equitably to the viscera, despite incidental movement of the colon, and blood vessels in deep organs still constrict with the release of adrenaline, they don't expand - slowing down the restoration of pH balance. In addition, although slowing down exercise to reduce stress will decrease the amount of pH acidity, subsequent cardio vascular, strength and endurance conditioning is also decreased.

Walking and swimming (like any workout or sport) can't return body pH to normal, essentially for these three reasons:

  1. Walking doesn't open up vascular circulation in the deep organs, and promotes inequitable distribution to musculature.
  2. Walking doesn't awaken the anatomical cavities (head, chest, abdomen) in the precise sequence that prevents competition between all body tissues, for oxygen.
  3. Walking doesn't stretch and balance percentage V02max in opposing muscle groups equally (for accelerated distribution of electrolytes to all cells).

Depending on whether exercise is moderate or intense, the time it usually takes for the kidneys and lungs to neutralize body pH varies from a few hours to a few days (factoring in diet, stress levels, etc) The upside is that the adding the Body'Fit pHx Fitness™ exercise warm-up cool down to your routine makes a big difference in how far, how frequently, and how efficiently we can walk because cellular function is optimized when acid base equilibrium is restored as fast as possible pre and post exercise. Besides, without this rapid normalization of body pH there's no guarantee of potentating anti-aging rejuvenation.

More efficient metabolism ensures faster recovery of body alkalinity, and pH balance ensures faster conditioning with less time and effort. Of course, a specialized warm-up with specific breathing and movement following precise natural laws can be engineered that helps the kidneys and lungs accelerate acid base equilibrium, very fast - to within 7-14 minutes. A round of Body'Fit pHx™ before and after your walk or swim helps improve cardio vascular endurance in deep organs as well as muscles. Whether done fast or slow and gently pHx helps build oxygen reserves necessary to neutralize pH acidity and alleviate competition for oxygen between tissues. Movement of the spinal vertebrae in a specific sequence accelerates awakening of organs, glands, and nerves in the anatomical cavities in order of greatest blood volume. And the pHx DynaStretch techniques promote the equitable distribution of electrolytes to muscle tissue throughout the body, helping for further speed restoration of acid-base equilibrium.

Walking Tip: Relaxing the feet stretch up thru the thigh of stepping leg at last moment, pushing up into the torso to press front of chest forward allowing your hips to move freely. Tilting your pelvis slightly helps keeps your gluts tighter and engages the postural core to stabilize movement. Walking uphill lean forward slightly, and walking downhill stretch upwards thru top of head allowing upper spine to undulate - the point being to find your natural rhythm and pace.
